Receive your order confirmation email and wait for your products to be delivered straight to your doorstep.

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a pickup notification email. Visit your selected store and show the order confirmation email to our staff to collect your order.

• Each new customer can use the welcome discount only once.
• Make sure your contact information and delivery details are accurate before placing your order.

Dreame Philippines offers BillEase as a flexible installment payment option.
When you choose BillEase at checkout, you can apply for an available installment plan and pay for your purchase over time, subject to BillEase's terms and approval.

You can currently pay through Dragonpay or BillEase, depending on your preferred payment option.
When you select Dragonpay or BillEase at checkout, you will be redirected to the respective payment gateway to complete your payment. This is a normal part of the payment process. Simply select your preferred payment channel and follow the instructions.
Credit card payment is not available yet. We are currently working on integrating this payment option and hope to make it available in the future. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Dreame. If you have not received an order confirmation email, your order may not have been successfully completed.
