Return and Warranty Policy

1. If I want to exchange or return a product, what should I do?

Please note that we do not offer a direct exchange service.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a different product, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt of the item for a full refund. Products must be unused and in their original condition - i.e. H. in the original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact. We will refund you the full purchase price of your product(s) to the account you originally used to make the purchase. To ensure you get the product you want as soon as possible, you can order the new item as you like.

Also, if you choose to order a different item instead, the offer remains valid for any products you purchased during the promotional period. However, your new order must be placed within 30 days of the date of purchase of the original order to be eligible for the promotion and this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. 2. How do I know if my return is complete or not?

Once your return package has arrived at our warehouse, it will be processed and inspected by the warehouse worker before we approve or reject the specific return.

Please understand that while we work as quickly as possible, this process can take 1-3 working days.

3. When will I receive my refund?

Provided your return is approved, you will receive a full refund for your order. Once a refund has been processed in our system, you can expect it to be credited to your account within 5-10 business days.
